Gopi is from Tirunelveli and has completed his 12th grade. His parents work as daily wage laborers, and his younger sister is currently pursuing her college education. Due to financial difficulties, he worked in a mechanic shop, but the salary was not sufficient to support his needs. With the help of Thaagam Foundation, he enrolled in an automobile course. He now requires continuous financial support to complete his training and build a better future.
